Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

At Meds & Moore, we’re committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent experience—from checkout to delivery, and everything in between. Please review our policy below for full details on shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping & Delivery:

We offer multiple fulfillment options to fit your needs:

  1. Local Delivery: Available within a 5-mile radius of our pharmacy.
  2. In-Store Pickup: You may pick up your order during business hours once notified it's ready.
  3. USPS Shipping: All shipments outside the local delivery zone are handled via the United States Postal Service.

Shipping & Delivery Fees:

Customers are responsible for all delivery and shipping costs, unless a free shipping/delivery promotion is active at the time of purchase.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may extend during holidays or high-volume periods.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

Once an order has been shipped and tracking info is provided, Meds & Moore is not liable for shipping delays, loss, or damage incurred in transit. Please contact USPS directly if issues arise with your shipment.

Returns:

We accept returns for most unopened or defective items within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

  1. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
  2. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@medsandmoore.com with your order number and details about the item you'd like to return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

  1. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Prescription medications
  2. Opened or used products
  3. Perishable items
  4. Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Send an email to medsandmoore@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Photos of the product and packaging
  4. We’ll review and advise next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.
